Daily, we receive multiple messages and pressures to conform to this world’s ideas and patterns of what we should be and look like as women. Usually the focus begins on perfecting our external image and circumstances. Romans 12:1-2 tells us that God has a very different plan. God plans for us to be transformed from the inside out and that this change enables us to live transformed lives as God’s image bearers in the church and the world.
Connice Dyar will speaking to us about this important topic. Connice lives in Charlotte, NC, where she and her husband attend Uptown Church. She received her undergraduate degree in biology and nuclear medicine, and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary. Connice focuses her ministry on bringing a biblical perspective to tough problems and issues that women face today.
